For though a righteous man may fall seven times, he still gets up; but the wicked stumble in bad times.
Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will arise; though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.
I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.
Now there was a rich man dressed in purple and fine linen, who lived each day in joyous splendor. What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
