For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. For many false prophets have gone out into the world.
When He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
Pray in the Spirit at all times, with every kind of prayer and petition. To this end, stay alert with all perseverance in your prayers for all the saints.
“You must not make idols for yourselves or set up a carved image or sacred pillar; you must not place a sculpted stone in your land to bow down to it. For I am the LORD your God.
And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving be offered for everyone—
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man has great power to prevail.
To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in the heavens above, on the earth below, or in the waters beneath.
And when you pray, do not babble on like pagans, for they think that by their many words they will be heard.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders that would deceive even the elect, if that were possible.
So I fell at his feet to worship him. But he told me, “Do not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers who rely on the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.
Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Therefore He is able to save completely those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede for them.
“Beware of the scribes. They like to walk around in long robes, and they love the greetings in the marketplaces, the chief seats in the synagogues, and the places of honor at banquets.
For God is not a God of disorder, but of peace—as in all the churches of the saints.
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know how we ought to pray, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans too deep for words. And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the bright Morning Star.”
When men tell you to consult the spirits of the dead and the spiritists who whisper and mutter, shouldn’t a people consult their God instead? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living?
Now there have been many other priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office. But because Jesus lives forever, He has a permanent priesthood.
Brothers, pray for us as well.
In that day you will no longer ask Me anything. Truly, truly, I tell you, whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you.
Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when You come into Your kingdom!” And Jesus said to him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”
“I am the true vine, and My Father is the keeper of the vineyard.
Bless the LORD, all His angels mighty in strength who carry out His word, who hearken to the voice of His command. Bless the LORD, all His hosts, you servants who do His will.
Then another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, along with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne. And the smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, rose up before God from the hand of the angel.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.
Now I urge you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me. Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may spread quickly and be held in honor, just as it was with you.

Suddenly Moses and Elijah appeared before them, talking with Jesus.
See that you do not look down on any of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of My Father in heaven.
So then, this is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.

This is the revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants what must soon come to pass. He made it known by sending His angel to His servant John,
“If anyone is destined for captivity, into captivity he will go; if anyone is to die by the sword, by the sword he must be killed.” Here is a call for the perseverance and faith of the saints.
Here is a call for the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
the twenty-four elders fall down before the One seated on the throne, and they worship Him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
Then I saw a scroll in the right hand of the One seated on the throne. It had writing on both sides and was sealed with seven seals. And they cried out in a loud voice, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You avenge our blood and judge those who dwell upon the earth?” Then each of them was given a white robe and told to rest a little while longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers, were killed, just as they had been killed.
And the smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, rose up before God from the hand of the angel.
For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set you free from the law of sin and death.

Who is there to condemn us? For Christ Jesus, who died, and more than that was raised to life, is at the right hand of God—and He is interceding for us.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is.
And this is the confidence that we have before Him: If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
Pray without ceasing.
for kings and all those in authority—so that we may lead tranquil and quiet lives in all godliness and dignity.
Therefore I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands, without anger or dissension.
To this end, we always pray for you, that our God will count you worthy of His calling, and that He will powerfully fulfill your every good desire and work of faith,
I thank God, whom I serve with a clear conscience as did my forefathers, as I constantly remember you night and day in my prayers.

Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.
Therefore Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, now that He has died to redeem them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.
Is any one of you suffering? He should pray. Is anyone cheerful? He should sing praises.
But exclude the courtyard outside the temple. Do not measure it, because it has been given over to the nations, and they will trample the holy city for 42 months.
The beast I saw was like a leopard, with the feet of a bear and the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.
So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and loathsome, malignant sores broke out on those who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.

You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign upon the earth.”
And when the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!”
